How to find us
By Road
From Birmingham City Centre, head southwest on Temple Row to the B4135, on to Colmore Row, right to
Newhall St, continue on to Graham St, turn left on to Newhall Hill, take A540 to Calthorpe Road.
To improve air quality, Birmingham Council has introduced a Clean Air Zone. If you are travelling to us by car or van, and your vehicle does not meet the Clean Air Emission standard, you may have to pay a fine. You will only have to pay if your vehicle is non-compliant. In general, this means diesel cars manufactured before 2015 and petrol cars manufactured before 2006. Please plan your journey accordingly, as certain areas of Birmingham City Centre are within this zone and you may be asked to pay a fee. Failure to do so, may incur a fine. As you can see from the map The Upright MRI Centre is not in the clear air zone so if you plan your journey correctly, you won’t need to pay anything.
By Public Transport
From the Corporation Street Stops, take the 23 or 24 Bus to Five Ways, leaving a short 2 minutes’ walk to the Centre. Located on Calthorpe Road in the heart of the Edgbaston Medical Quarter, we are easily accessible by public transport. Calthorpe Road is 2 miles from Birmingham New Street Station, and has ample parking space.
